A Massachusetts father uses a video of his 2-year-old son to show how dangerous pools can be. The toddler can be seen climbing a safety ladder designed to protect him. Anna Werner, CBS News correspondent, explains.

  1. This is so terrible, 43 kid's just this year died in Texas, 41 kids died already in Florida this year, that is odd, iam mean what careless people let kids around open top pool. With no cover. Careless people.

  2. Can you remove the ladders when the pool isn't in use? I've watched a couple of videos now, and I have watched kids scale fences that go around pools just so they can get over them.
