Police have received numerous calls from victims from different locations in Henderson, the Henderson Police Department said in a press release. The five victims were found by police with gunshot wounds in the same location.

“The suspects are believed to have been driving around town shooting at random citizens for no apparent reason,” the Henderson Police Department said.

The suspects were described as a white man, in his twenties or thirties, and a white woman, in her twenties, both tattooed or painted on her face, police said.

A 22-year-old man whose name has not been released has been found dead from an apparent gunshot wound, police said. The four surviving victims, aged 18 to 53, were taken to hospital and are expected to survive.

The suspects were arrested Thursday on charges unrelated to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

The department did not respond to CNN’s request for details of their identity or the circumstances of their arrest.
