One person died and two others were injured in a shootout at a downtown Seattle tram station, authorities said.

Seattle police say they're looking for suspects.

Police found three men shot dead at Westlake's light rail station, police said. The agents performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the victims until the arrival of Seattle fire department doctors and transported them to a hospital in the area, where one of them died as a result of his injuries.

Witnesses reported seeing a suspect leaving the station on foot after the shooting.

Police detective Mark Jamieson told Seattle affiliate KOMO that there could be a dispute between the suspect and the victims in a McDonald's nearby, before the group meets at the station.

Jamieson said the authorities did not believe the shooting was random.

Officials from the Seattle Fire Department said that one of the victims was in critical condition and the other was in a stable state, according to KOMO.

The shooting closed several streets around.
