19-year-old pregnant woman found dead in Chicago

Three people were in custody Chicago teenager who had her baby cut from her womb, police said.

Marlen Ochoa-Lopez, 19, who was nine months pregnant and the mother of a 3-year-old child, according to Chicago Police Department officials.

Ochoa-Lopez, who was first identified by her mother's name, Uriostegui, was told to be on Facebook, police and related of the victim said.

A DNA test later revealed the newborn was Ochoa-Lopez's child, relative told WLS-TV.

"It just seems surreal," said Cecilia Garcia, spokeswoman for Ochoa-Lopez's family. "Like you see this stuff on movies."
