It looks like Diana Prince is going to war next summer when Wonder Woman 1984 hit the theaters. The new poster presented by director Patty Jenkins shows DC's superhero in sparkling armor apparently inspired by a famous comic.
Here is Jenkins' tweet, which also announces that Warner Brothers will not have a Hall H sign at San Diego's Comic-Con this year.
And here is a larger full version of the poster.
Once you've passed those extremely bright 1980s colors, you'll find that Diana is wearing armor – and she certainly looks like her most famous cartoon armor reign come, a 90's miniseries of Mark Waid and Alex Ross.
With exactly one year to go up to Wonder Woman 1984 In the theater, it's unlikely we'll get a trailer or anything before December, as Jenkins mentioned. But this poster is extremely impressive on its own.
Wonder Woman 1984 opens on June 5, 2020.
