QB winners
Kyler Murray, Oklahoma. Murray measured just over 5 feet 10 inches and although it may seem incredibly undersized for an NFL quarterback, he's less than an inch shorter than Russell Wilson. Murray also weighs one pound more than Wilson at the combine and his hand size is a quarter inch larger than Baker Mayfield, the first overall pick in 2018. Murray will not participate in any of the exercises this week, but that was won. has no effect on its project stock.
Dwayne Haskins, State of Ohio. Haskins, like Murray, checks all the boxes with his measurable elements – but in a more classic mold of pocket smugglers. He is our # 1 quarterback and a candidate more likely to be part of a team like the Giants or Jaguars than Murray.
Daniel Jones, Duke. Jones has bigger hands than Murray and Haskins and although he is not the Murray athlete, he is a sneaky athlete, as evidenced by his 186 rushing yards against UNC last season. He has to prove that he can play with more regularity – and that will not be determined at Indianapolis – but the NFL teams are intrigued by his potential.
Tyree Jackson, Buffalo. Jackson is huge – he is 6-7 and has hands over 10 inches. He is raw, but his physical traits could lead him to the third round, and a good workout could propel him up in the second day.
QB losers
Drew Lock, Missouri. We love Lock very much and it's a leading talent in our mind. We list it here for a reason: its hand size is 9 inches. Relatively speaking, it's little for the quarterbacks, but here's an additional context: Sam Darnold has 9-inch hands, he was the 3rd pick in the NFL draft in 2018, and he's just coming back. a good rookie campaign.

Riley Ridley, Georgia. Ridley is perhaps the best runner in this category and adds another advantage to his resume: he has 10-inch hands. Like other workers in this class, a good performance in the exercises can only improve one's drafting stock.
WR losers
Andy Isabella, UMass. What Isabella does not have in size, he compensates for it in athletics. He was a high school sprinter and a good performance in the exercises could still be won in the second day. He catches everything that is projected in his direction and some of his best games of last season were held against high level competitions.
Hunter Renfrow, Clemson. Renfrow does not pass the eye test but underestimates it at your own risk. He had a fantastic career at Clemson, followed by a strong Senior Bowl, and will hear his name called during the weekend draft. He will immediately help an NFL team. Yes, he is too small and yes, he really has small hands, but if you believe the story, it will not matter.
