The debate on abortion rights has resumed with several states having adopted or promulgated laws restricting access to the procedure.
The governor of Alabama, Kay Ivey (right), notably signed a bill last week that would ban all abortions, except in cases where the life of a woman is threatened.
Earlier this month, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp (right) signed a "Fetal Heartbeat" abortion bill that will be used approximately six weeks after the beginning of the pregnancy.
Bullock is one of two dozen people fighting for the Democratic Party's bid for 2020.
