Developers are also studying how people celebrate with cheaters. If you knowingly team up with a cheater, you are still not interested in playing fair.
This will probably not deter some cheaters, especially if they can find a way to fool the AI and stay one step ahead. It's not as dramatic as Blizzard's decision to close Overwatch matches when cheaters are involved. Twinning might make at least two cheaters think twice, and it's obvious that Respawn sees this as a constantly evolving battle.
