In addition to the views of the ten players, you can watch up to four streams at a time, including main stream, although Riot does not support multi-view mobile viewing yet. You'll have access to an advanced timeline, which details eliminations, turn eliminations and other big games – clicking on a marker will take you to that point in a game.
You'll have the ability to see each player's stats and share a link with friends that syncs with your own timeline so you can watch the matches unfold at the same time. The summer division will only offer English audio casters (or comments), although Riot plans to support multiple languages soon. Features will be included in VOD replays as well as in live games.
The Pro view will be available for the LCS and the two-level European Championship (ECL), Regional Access and All Access. It costs $ 15 (LCS) or € 15 (LEC) and gives you access to the viewing system through the summer distribution. The All Access pass for both leagues costs $ 20, while the proceeds will be split between regional leagues and professional teams. Rates may be different for future events because you will have access to more content – Riot plans to add Pro View support for more LoL leagues on the line. You will still be able to watch the main free feeds on different platforms, of course.

Riot seems to be taking a leaf from Blizzard's game book here. For the 2019 season of the Overwatch League, Blizzard and Twitch introduced the Command Center, which allows fans to watch Overwatch prospects of the pros if they have the pass all access to $ 15. There is currently no option to capture VODs through the Command Center, which is also less flexible with its multiple viewing options than what Riot envisions.
