4 things to watch when Philadelphia is on defense

The Philadelphia Eagles will travel to the Dirty South to face the Atlanta Falcons Sunday night in front of viewers. The Eagles are 1-0 after a win by coming back to the Redskins in the opening game.

The Falcons are looking to rebound after a disastrous first season in Minnesota, which allowed Atlanta to score four points, before making the game a little more respectable.

While the Falcons need a win and the Eagles look to start 2-0 in the young regular season, here are four things to watch for when the Falcons get the ball.

Brandon Graham Eagles vs. Falcons RT Kaleb McGary

The Falcons had two first-round picks on the offensive line during the NFL draft in 2019: they picked guard Chris Lindstrom at Boston College in 14th and Kaleb McGary in Washington at number 31. Only McGary will be available tomorrow afternoon. Lindstrom was injured in the first game of the season and had to undergo foot surgery. McGary has regained his strength and will face veteran Brandon Graham, a demon in a hurry, who has just recorded six quarterbacks in the opener against Washington according to the NFL Next Gen Stats. While Jake Matthews is waiting to get help with Derek Barnett, McGary could be alone on an island against Graham. Look for Graham to have a huge baseball game against the rookie.
