Police said 16-year-old Jacson Pineda-Chicas of Falls Church, Va., Was stabbed to death during a group attack in the home of an alleged MS-13 gang leader. in Landover Hills, Maryland.

The alleged gang leader is Jose Ordonez-Zometa, aged 29, according to the police. He was arrested in Prince George County.

The other four suspects were arrested in Virginia. They are: Jonathan Castillo-Rivera, 20, from Annandale, Virginia; Kevin Rodriguez-Flores, 18; Christian Martinez-Ramirez, 16, of Falls Church; and Jose Hernandez-Garcia, 25 years old.

All suspects have been charged with first degree murder.

Investigators said the victim, Pineda-Chicas, was also a member of the gang and went with other members to their leader's home in Landover Hills on March 8 for a meeting.

"Our victim in this case was part of this gang," said Major Brian Reilly, commander of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Prince George County Police Department, at a press conference Friday.

"It was his gang friends who excited him. It's not a gang war. I want to make sure this is clear. It's not two gangs fighting each other. It's a gang that's gone back against one of theirs, "Reilly said.

The police are still investigating what prompted other members to light Pineda-Chicas, Reilly added.

The assassination was investigated by the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, but the Prince George County police resumed the homicide investigation on Thursday.

Police said the MS-13 clique involved in the murder was operating in Fairfax County, Virginia, but their leader was living in Prince George County.
