5 Galaxy S10 features you'll love the most

[ad_1]

The Galaxy S10, S10E and S10 More are three of one kind of the best way possible. These are all fast and powerful phones, equipped with quality cameras and a great autonomy. They are water resistant, have plugs for your wired headphones and can charge wirelessly. There is a lot to love with all three. No phone is perfect, of course, and this trio has some asperities here and there. But for now, appreciate where the Galaxy S10 phones are skyrocketing.

Quality of the screen

The Galaxy S10's screens range from 5.8 inches to 6.4 inches, with thin glasses all around. The S10 and S10 Plus have rounded edges, while the S10E has a flat screen. The curved edges create a more immersive feel, but I can press to place my cursor more precisely on the S10E's flat screen.

Anyway, the brightness, sharpness and readability on the outside of the three phones make it a pleasure to use. While the S10 Plus has a possible total resolution of 3,040 x 1,440 pixels, it is set to 2,280 x 1,080 pixels by default to save battery power. This will suit most people, but you can still increase the resolution by quickly browsing the display settings.

Storage options

Storage is one of those things that you probably do not think about much until you run out of time. But compared to phones such as the iPhone XS and Pixel 3, the Samsung S10's boot options are generous.

The S10E starts at 128GB and has a microSD card reader to potentially give you more than 512GB more. For people who have tons of files to store, the S10 Plus can save you up to 1TB of storage space (with 12GB of RAM) or 1.5TB with the added microSD card . Is Samsung showing? May be. But does it really bother you?

Quality of the camera in automatic mode

From the most humble Galaxy S10E (two cameras at the back and one at the front) up to the S10 Plus (three at the back, two at the front), the quality image is reliable. Most portable cameras take nice pictures on the outside with sufficient lighting. A good camera will allow pictures taken in harder lighting conditions to sing with detailed outlines and proper exposure.

The Samsung camera is definitely first rate and an automatic scene optimizer that you can turn on and off in one click makes the most of your photo. If the results do not please you, you can recover it.

One of my favorite new features of the camera is the option to switch the camera lens from the ordinary lens to the wide-angle lens. Another is to use the spot mode that is part of the portrait tool. I love being able to edit photos after taking them and I would like there to be some extra effects.

Battery life

The three Galaxy S10 phones have a long battery life that will allow you to cross the day. The S10E naturally has the least longevity, being the smallest, but if you do not use it to stream YouTube videos and navigate all day, you should get better.

The Galaxy S10 Plus, meanwhile, lasted from early morning to late at night. Even after long days spent using it as a mobile point of access for my laptop for hours, I had no doubt that I would have hours left before bedtime.

Galaxy S10 Plus drop test: is ceramic tougher than glass?

The life of the battery decreases with time. And the more resource-intensive the tasks are, the more resources they will exhaust. But starting with such an effective power management leaves me hopeful that you will not have to recharge your S10 every few hours at the time you are ready to buy a new phone.

Wireless PowerShare

This is my new favorite feature, the Galaxy S10, to talk from afar. Wireless PowerShare is a new feature that allows you to turn the phone into a wireless charger to charge Qi compatible accessories and phones. This is the standard protocol nowadays, so it should work for most new devices that support wireless charging, even iPhones.

There is a break in power management, which means that when your S10 reaches 30%, it stops charging. This is good news: you will not be worried if you have given up too much energy to do what you need until you find a cable yourself.

Samsung is not the first to introduce this type of "reverse charge", but it's an important addition to Samsung's impressive lineup and its presence could do a lot to boost the charge without thread. The stronger the demand, the more we can all cut the cord.
