At the press conference that preceded IFA, Intel confirmed that its new enthusiastic class Core i9-9900KS processor will be launched in October. The processor will be very similar to the Core i9-9900K introduced last year, but will feature a higher Turbo frequency while providing sufficient cooling.

The Intel Core i9-9900KS processor will have eight core Hyper-Threading operating at a base frequency of 4.0 GHz and increasing up to 5.0 GHz on all cores, from 4.7 GHz to 300 MHz in the case of the Core i9-9900K. To summarize, the new processor is only eight-core Coffee Lake Refresh silicon designed to reach the highest clocks when cooling is sufficient.

Intel first launched the Core i9-9900KS ahead of Computex earlier this year. The launch of the product is not a surprise. The important thing is that the processor finally arrives on the market in October.

In order to maintain a plot, Intel has not disclosed TDP of its new product. In addition, the company did not disclose the introductory price of its Core i9-9900KS and we are curious to know how much the chip maker will want from its new passionate part.
