5 things we want to see in Black Ops Cold War season 2

There are only a few weeks left until the end of Black Ops Cold War Season 1, which means Season 2 is quickly on the horizon. To ensure a good hunt, here are 5 things we want to see in Treyarch’s new CoD season.

You have to imagine Treyarch has been working hard on Black Ops Cold War Season 2 since the time Season 1 fell. Dropping a load of content isn’t an easy task and takes a lot of work to get there after all.

Season 1 offered cool weapons like the MAC-10 and Streetsweeper, Raid & Express remakes, and new game modes like Dropkick. However, there is still a long way to go and here are five easy ways Treyarch can make Season 2 even better and more enjoyable in the latest Call of Duty game.

5. Old and new maps from BOCW season 2

Needless to say, Black Ops Cold War probably could have had more cards at launch instead of periodically spreading them out throughout the game’s release. Thanks to updates and new content, the game now features 12 “6v6” cards. »Different for players to enjoy.

Now, a leaker claimed weeks ago that 8 more map remakes are coming. From that post, Express took a train trip back to the 1980s, and we could easily see more along the way. The Pines is a great original map and it would be nice to see some new maps in addition to some remakes.

4. Exciting new game modes in BOCW Season 2

One thing that Black Ops Cold War certainly isn’t short on is a genuine selection of game modes for gamers. Between Standard, Hardcore, and a plethora of other playlist options, there are so many options for gamers.

But some fan favorite fashions are still conspicuously missing, and there is still room for originality and ingenuity.

3. Better spawns in BOCW Season 2

We can’t think of a Call of Duty game in recent memory that has had appearances so unusually placed. Several maps such as Crossroads, Armada, and Satellite all have conspicuously exposed spawns that leave players vulnerable to a litany of consecutive deaths.

We can forgive this sort of thing on a small map like Nuketown ’84, but it really shouldn’t happen on medium to large maps. Hopefully Treyarch has realized this and re-evaluated the game’s spawning system.

2. Fewer bugs and glitches in BOCW Season 2

We recognize that this is probably harder than it looks, but fewer bugs would make for a healthy experience.

In Season 1 alone, Raid became Mario Kart’s Rainbow Road, an issue that made players invisible, and even a bug that left them legless. We are not asking for perfection, but maybe less bugs and we allow to keep more members.

1. Improved scoring system in BOCW Season 2

It’s no secret that Black Ops Cold War’s scoring system is horribly out of balance. Regardless of which mode you are playing, the game actively encourages players to focus on kills, kills, and nothing but kills.

A player who skips the goal of getting a 10 kill streak will benefit far more than someone who has spent the entire game focusing on capturing flags in Domination and locking down Hardpoints. There’s little incentive to focus on the goals and Treyarch absolutely needs to address that.

We think these are five key things that could make Black Ops Cold War one of the best Call of Duty games of all time if they could all happen.

Some potential weapon information leaked for Season 2 has already become public, and we’ll be sure to update you once Treyarch begins officially rolling out the new information.
