Take a look at the five things WWE had on RAW after SummerSlam.

# 5 WWE RAW started off with a great tag team match after SummerSlam

MVP and WWE Champion Bobby Lashley were the first men to come out on RAW after SummerSlam. Lashley injured Goldberg to win the match, then punished Gage Goldberg to draw more heat to himself.

MVP claimed Lashley had no idea Gage had jumped him from behind at SummerSlam and said The All Mighty would have done the same to anyone else.

Both men were interrupted by brand new United States Champion Damian Priest on RAW. The Archer of Infamy called out the two superstars for insulting Goldberg and the WWE Universe before challenging Lashley to a match.

Lashley attacked Priest, but the United States champion fired back and sent them back to the rear for a quick change of gears. The match between the two heavyweights took off at RAW and Lashley dominated early.

Priest retaliated with a few punches before Sheamus intervened to cause a disqualification. Drew McIntyre ran to make the save, leading to a tag team match on RAW.

McIntyre and Priest controlled the match for a while and punished The Celtic Warrior. Lashley again showed his strength and sent Priest headfirst into the ring post twice to weaken him.

The two teams exchanged excellent moves before McIntyre dominated Lashley for a while. The All Mighty left Sheamus alone in the ring, allowing McIntyre to knock out the Claymore for the win.

RAW needed a big game to get things going after SummerSlam. The creative team did well to create this tag team match early on to get the party started. Both Sheamus and Priest seem to have their eyes set on the WWE Championship. It will be interesting to see who becomes Lashley’s first challenger after Goldberg.
