How long will it take to wait for project 007 to arrive?
At this moment, Project 007 is in “active development” which, just like the world of cinema, means that the groundwork is done in terms of everything that needs to be put together. The look, feel, and storyline of the game all need to be worked out before we can even hope to see a glimpse of what to expect. But how long will the whole process take before we have any idea of when to expect? Project 007 on the shelves? Granted, it’s best not to push this stuff too far, because even with an announced target date, the project could result in a Cyberpunk 2077, or worse, a Duke Nukem forever, and see the game pushed back from an initial target. That being said, a whole generation of consoles has gone by without a major James Bond title coming out, and the sooner we know more about what to cautiously expect, the better.
