6ix9ine ended up in a little more hot water after a visit to a Miami strip club, where a dancer claims to have hit her on the head with a bottle.

TMZ reports that Tekashi brandished the bottle after someone criticized him for being a snitch. However, he apparently missed that person and punched Alexis Salaberrios instead. She has since taken legal action against the rapper over what she says was a violent incident that took place inside the Gold Rush Cabaret on February 20.

According to court documents, she claims that 69 people threw a “deadly object with the intention of causing serious injury.” His lawyer, David M. Tarlow, told the outlet that the item was a bottle of champagne. She says she had to be taken to the ER where her head injury was stapled. She is suing 6ix9ine for aggravated battery.

Court documents reveal that Salaberrios is also suing Gold Rush in court, where she is suing the club for gross negligence. She alleges that the club did not have enough security around the rapper, especially since he has “a propensity for violence”. Salaberrios claims that after being punched in the head, club staff removed 6ix9ine and urged her not to call the police, but she didn’t listen and ended up reporting the incident anyway.

6ix9ine apparently believes the lawsuit is just money. His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, told TMZ that the Brooklyn native was not involved in the situation, adding, “There are video cameras in the facility. It is an attempt to shake it up. If it is properly served, we will immediately return it. “
