There is a lot music streaming services to choose from, and these services inspire a growing number of add-ons and companion apps designed to help you get even more for your subscription money, either by finding new things to listen to or by helping you record songs you enjoyed.
This means that you are not limited to the features of Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer or any streaming platform that you have signed up for, as you can also use tools that run in addition to these services to add functionality and options beyond what you get by default.

Songpocket (for iPhone and iPad) plugs directly into the Music app on your phone or tablet, giving you more control over how your music is organized. In other words, you don’t have to settle for the automatic order and grouping that Apple imposes on you: you can place your favorite artists at the top, group albums as you like, and more.
The app works with everything in the Music app by default, whether it’s synced from the Apple Music streaming catalog or imported from elsewhere. When you first open the app, you’ll see all your music organized by artist name, and from there you can start rearranging playlists and moving albums between groups you’ve created yourself – even.
