Seven-year-old Alabama resident Liza Scott sells lemonade to help pay for her brain surgeries, local newspaper WHNT reports.

Liza’s mother wrote that “the overwhelming extra expenses, time away from work and the extra resources needed to get things done around the house” have already started to add up for the family.
