Investing.com – Equities at the center of negotiations before markets Friday:

• Anadarko Petroleum (NYSE 🙂 shares jumped 32.0% at 8:14 am ET (12:14 GMT) after Chevron announced that he would do it in cash and in shares. Shares of Chevron (NYSE 🙂 were down 3.8%.

• PNC Financial (NYSE: shares 🙂 rose 0.1%, slightly above expectations.
