Prince George and Princess Charlotte have just spent their weekend with their cousins

Prince George and Princess Charlotte are members of the British royal family, but they will not begin their royal functions for many years. In fact, Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton have done everything possible to keep their children away from the press and searchlights.

Although little princes and princesses enjoy their childhood, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge do not lock them up exactly at Kensington Palace. Last weekend, the little ones were caught spending a good time with the cousins, the Tindalls.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte have spent time with their cousins

While waiting patiently for the arrival of their cousin Baby Sussex, Prince George and Princess Charlotte spent the weekend with Prince William's cousin Zara Phillips Tindall and his family. The Cambridges and Tindalls spent the day at the Burnham International Horse Show in Norfolk, where Zara Tindall was participating.

We have not seen the whole Cambridge clan together since the Christmas holidays when they posted their family card on Instagram. However, the Daily Mail was able to capture some adorable shots of Prince William carrying Tindall Mia's daughter on his shoulders, Duchess Kate Middleton wearing Charlotte on his shoulders and Prince George riding Mike Tindall's shoulders. It looks like Prince Louis was too small for this family outing, so he stayed home.

That's how Prince George and Princess Charlotte spend their weekends

The little royal kings are still a little too young to participate in many royal events, so they spend their weekends outside. Royal blogger Netty Royal has often seen them playing. They wrote, "When you walk in Kensington Gardens before you leave and see the nanny with the three children." They added that Princess Charlotte and Prince George were running on their bikes while the Prince Louis was pushed into his stroller by Nanny Maria.

Why is it so important that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis spend time outside?

Despite their busy schedules, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very experienced parents. They can be seen watching Princess Charlotte, and Prince George playing football in the gardens. The royal brothers and sisters were also seen running around the gardens of Kensington Palace and chasing spiders. The gardens are an intimate, quiet and secluded oasis open to the public. They include a submerged garden with rotating flower beds in spring and summer, an arched arbor with red-tipped branches called Cradle Walk and French gardens.

Kate Middleton and Prince William do not allow their children to have a tablet or an iPad – so spending time outdoors, playing outdoors, is a priority for the Cambridge family.
