Sophie Turner said that celebrity caused him serious mental health problems … and that critics about his role in "Game of Thrones" led him to consider suicide.

While Sophie says that she does not believe that she is really capable of hurting herself … she says that suicide was "just a strange fascination I had before".

Sophie says she started giving in to her social media bullying and doubting her gambling skills and physical appearance. She says her insecurity has led to symptoms of depression – and that simple tasks like dressing up would make her cry.

As a result, she started a therapy and treatment … adding that she is taking medication and that she loves him more than ever. She attributes the bride Joe Jonas to help him find happiness.

Sophie says that she has stepped back from the role of actress now that "GoT" has finished filming … and that she is taking the time to focus on her mental health.
