It was a night of flights and savings on "The Voice".

The results on the choice of players participating in the singing competition and those who come home were announced at the show on Tuesday, after the first battle of Cross on Monday. But there was not much farewell, thanks to the flights and savings of each judge.

Betsy Ade of Team Kelly Clarkson defeated Kim Cherry of Blake Shelton's team. America has chosen Cherry to move forward, following her interpretation of Bell Biv DeVoe's "Poison" by rapping.

There was a double flight right off the bat. Adam Levine and John Legend both pressed their flight button three seconds after the window started, before Ade was eliminated.

"We did not even have time to complain," commented host Carson Daly.

Levine reminded Ade that Legend had let him go during the combat rounds, while Legend confessed that he "had made rookie mistakes in my life". In the end, Ade went with Levine to have the opportunity to work with three different coaches on the show.

Then, the results of an unforgettable battle between Matthew Johnson, of the Clarkson team, and Domenic Haynes, of Levine's team, who serenade Clarkson on Monday with "Damn Your Eyes" by Etta James.

"I can not imagine a world where you're not part of my team, so I'll do my best to make sure that's the case," Levine told Haynes before reading the results.

Voters chose Johnson and Levine to keep their word, using his backup to keep Haynes on his team.

Team Legend's Maelyn Jarmon battled Team Levine's Rod Stokes. The voters decided to keep Jarmon, but like his competitors before, Stokes did not go home.

Clarkson took it: "I looked you in the eyes last night and I told him," If you do not succeed, if the US does not have it, they'll get it when you will be in my team. ""

The chaotic night of flights and backups did not stop there.

Celia Babini of the Levine team and Oliv Blu of the Shelton team clashed, but that is Blu who was nicknamed the winner by the viewers. Babini was not going anywhere either, because Legend was using his flight.

"Well, Celia, I turned to you when you auditioned at the start and I think you are unique," said Legend before hugging his new team member.

"We are halfway through the show and no one has come home yet," Daly said.

But the happy moments faded when Team Legend's Kayslin Victoria was knocked out by Presley Tennant of Clarkson. Team Legend's Lisa Ramey also eliminated Karen Galera from Clarkson.

The voters saved Mari, from the Levine team, to the detriment of Selkii, but Shelton had the last word.

"The only chance I have of keeping my team together is to use that backup now," Shelton told Selkii. "I believe in each of you, if I have this card to play, then you come with us."

Dexter Roberts, of the Shelton team, eliminated Andrew Jannakos, of the Levine team.

The sixteen other singers will face each other in the next battle on April 22nd. The only remaining rescues in the pantry are backups for Clarkson and Legend, as well as a robbery for Shelton. Levine is done.
