Tom Brady and the reigning Super Bowl champions, the New England Patriots, will open their 2019 regular season with a home game Sunday night against Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to reports.

The Patriots program will also include a repeat of last season's AFC championship game as New England hosts Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 14, according to reports.

Other highlights of the New England program include an eighth week home game against the Cleveland Browns, a ninth week match in Baltimore against the Dallas Cowboys Ravens.

The NFL will announce the entirety of its 2019 program Wednesday night.

Several other programs from the team were announced early Wednesday, including the New York Jets, which will host Baker Mayfield, Odell Beckham Jr. and the Browns during the second week of football Monday night.

The Jets will play their first game on the road of the season in the third week, when they visit the Patriots.
