John Cena could join following SUICIDE SQUAD

Proving once again that he might be cooler than The Rock (do not see me @), John Cena is in talks to join the cast of Suicide team 2. Variety has reported the latest news from the cast for the sequel / reboot / whatever devil they want to call this thing, which is written and directed by James Gunn before it is reabsorbed by the MCU . Cena will play … someone. Probably a Suicide Squad member, but maybe a villain for everything we know – and it might be cool to see Cena come back in heel mode. In fact, we do not know much about it, aside from the fact that Jai Courtney blesses us with her return as Captain Boomerang and Margot Robbie is blaming her for stealing the scene, Harley Quinn (something uncertain before). Idris Elba is also on board to make this joint a mysterious new character who is certainly not Deadshot, but who is probably very sexy because it's Idris Elba and that's how it works. The plot of the sequel is similar to that of your average superhero movie: These unfortunate people have to team up, despite their crazy and crazy differences, to stop a major villain. In the case of Suicide teamshe was a super powerful witch whose only real crime seemed to be the lack of access to water repellent mascara. (Even though we all know the real villain of Suicide team was the nonsense of Jared Leto.)
