Star striker Mats Zuccarello scored three goals in four playoff games. And coach Jim Montgomery thinks that there is still a lot to do.
"I think he's got another level in him," Montgomery said.
Zuccarello scored a powerplay goal in the first period of the Stars' 5-1 win over Nashville in Wednesday's fourth game, giving him three of the team's eleven goals in the first-round series, tied at two.
In six games overall with the Stars, Zuccarello scored four goals and amassed two assists after trading with the Rangers before the trade deadline. He was held in check during a game with the Stars despite five weeks of absence with a broken arm.
"It's the first time he's played four straight games in two months," Montgomery said.
"Let him follow a rhythm and let him have his hockey legs and all that.We are talking about a guy who has practically done nothing for two months and who is already producing like that."
