Tommy Stevens will be transferred from Penn State, according to John McGonigal of the Daily Times Center and Audrey Snyder of The Athletic.
"Honestly, I do not think he'll be welcome if he wanted to come back," Stevens' father told CDT. "He's definitely leaving Penn State."
"We do not think this work has been done by anyone," Stevens's father told The Athletic. "We could not wait for this process to continue until August, when it's Tommy's last shot."
Yesterday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reported it for the first time, and then Nate Bauer of Blue White Illustrated confirmed that Stevens had put his name on the transfer portal. He had to face Sean Clifford for the starting quarterback position.
