For reasons that remain completely unclear, vandals have targeted Tesla vehicles installed in various Supercharger stations across the country in recent months. There have also been a number of examples of recently manufactured Model 3 vehicles that have been destroyed for no apparent reason. In light of this, an even stranger story involving an attack on a Tesla recently surfaced in Michigan. Earlier this week, a group of teenagers in Ann Arbor decided that it would be a good idea to drive through a supercharger and peel a model 3 with eggs.
In the end, all the incident was filmed. In addition, the owner of Model 3 was in the car at the time of the birth, according to a report by ClickOnDetroit.
While conventional dripping may seem like a harmless joke, eggs can cause a surprising amount of damage to a car. In addition to scratching, eggs can also wreak havoc on a car's paint. That said, the owner of the model 3 in question – a man named Darin Lee – said that he might have to pay more than $ 800 in repairs.
