VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – The three-day "something in the water" festival at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront wraps up Sunday night with signs of success.
Tens of thousands of people have visited the resort to hear the big names in the music industry, and no major incidents have been reported so far.

Business owners say the weekend had a negative vibe, but Pharrell, who organized the Something in the Water festival on the waterfront, had changed the game.

Williams said his inspiration behind this event was the local students.
