New maps, a new specialist, and Blackout map flood.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's new Operation Specter Rising update is now available on PlayStation 4, with PC and Xbox One versions likely to follow next week, if previous updates give it an indication.
A press release describes Operation Specter Rising as a "killer-themed update" featuring new maps, new modes, a new specialist, and more, including changes to the Blackout battle mode. royal and new cosmetics. Some content in this update is free, while others require paid access to the Black Ops Pass.
Included free, the new Assassin specialist, who owns smoke grenades and a "shadow blade" that can kill targets in melee. Blackout's standard map was also flooded by the explosion of the hydroelectric dam, while the Zombie mode will receive new weapons and new challenges during the Spectrum Up operation. New Black Market cosmetics to unlock have also been added as part of the free update.
In return, the Black Ops pass will also give you access to three new multiplayer maps: Masquerade, Artifact, and remastered WMDs that come back from the original Black Ops. Finally, it will provide "instant access" to a new Blackout character named Uncle Frank, an older version of Frank Woods of Black Ops 2.
