The NBA has canceled technical fouls called Tuesday night against Golden State Warriors striker, Draymond Green, and the Nene Center of the Houston Rockets, according to Brian Windhorst of ESPN.
The league decision means that Green's total number of technical faults in the playoffs has been reduced from four to three.
Seven techniques in a playoff series result in an automatic suspension of a match.
The technicians were called against Green and Nene at the end of the third quarter of the second game between the Warriors and the Rockets, when the players exchanged a few words and were soon dubbed by the official Ed Malloy.
Warrior coach Steve Kerr said after the match that the team would speak to the NBA in hopes of canceling the technical foul before match 3 on Saturday.
