Burger King launches "Real Meals" in partnership with Mental Health America – Business News

(WTHR) – Burger King takes a different approach to its competitor's "Happy Meals".

Burger King calls them "real meals".

Canned meals offer different options to reflect your mood, such as the pissed meal, the salty meal, the blue meal, the YAAAS meal and the DGAF meal, as "no one is happy all the time".

While "real meals" are only available in a few places, this is part of a more ambitious goal.

All of this is part of a partnership between Burger King and the nonprofit organization Mental Health America.

The launch of "Real Meals" is accompanied by a video highlighting the mental health and difficulties that individuals face.

"Not everyone wakes up happy," said a young man at the beginning of the video. "Sometimes you feel sad, scared, crappy, all I ask is that you let me feel."

You can watch the full video below:

Real Meals, which include the Whopper meal, are available in Austin, Seattle, Miami, Los Angeles and New York from Wednesday.
