Nadler promised a "calculation" Thursday after Barr canceled a hearing and threatened the Justice Department official with a contempt citation.
Nadler spoke at what was to be a hearing for Barr to testify about the handling of the report of special advocate Robert Mueller on Russia's interference in the 2016 elections.
Barr, who testified for hours on the same topic Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, did not show up in the middle of a disagreement over the terms of his appearance before the influential committee of bedroom.

Collins said the Democrats make Barr the "bad guy" unfairly.
