The Jets demand derogations from Luke Falk

The Jets added another quarter to their team. Luke Falk was claimed in Miami by waivers.

Falk was a sixth round pick of Tennessee last season in the state of Washington. He failed to align the 53 Titans and ended up with the Dolphins. He was placed in the injured reserve early in the season due to a wrist injury. Falk is a former rival of Sam Darnold at Pac 12. Adam Gase was his head coach last year while in Miami, and that's probably why the Jets were interested.

Something will probably have to yield to the quarter position for the Jets. Falk is the fifth quarter on the list. Darnold obviously comes to the training camp. The same goes for Trevor Siemian, recently signed.

But there are not enough representatives to make five quarters. Even wearing four pushes it. At least one of two other quarterbacks, Davis Webb or Brandon Silvers, recently signed, will likely be on its way out of the city.
