The Google search console data for most of the month of April are inaccurate

Google warned site owners that almost all of last month's reports in the search console had been affected by a data crash.

A data outage occurred between 9 and 25 April. The problem was resolved on April 26, but the data was not recovered.

All missing data from 9 to 25 April have been replaced by those of 26 April. This means that there is more than half a month of erroneous data in the search console.

The only unassigned report is the performance report.

Clearly, it's important for site owners to know it. It is also important for customers to know.

When preparing monthly customer reports for April, be sure to add a note on missing / incorrect data.

At a recent meeting of Google Central Webmaster, Google said the missing data was related to the bug index last month.

The bug would have been fixed at the end of April. Apparently, this meant that everything would work in the future, but the missing data would not be recovered.
