Actress Lily Collins said that she thought the victims of notorious serial killer Ted Bundy had visited her while she was preparing for her role in "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile" .
Collins, 30, describes Bundy's former girlfriend, Elizabeth Kloepfer, in the movie starring Zac Efron as a serial killer. The film debuted on Netflix on Friday. Collins told the Guardian that she would wake up every night at 3:05 while preparing for her role.
"I was going down to have a cup of tea to try to figure out why I was woken up again," Collins said.

"I started being woken up by flash images, like the day after a fight," she continued.
The actress went on the internet to investigate and found an interesting fact.
"I discovered that 3 o'clock in the morning is when the veil between the kingdoms is the thinnest and we can visit one," she said.
Collins said that she was not afraid of spirits, but that she thought maybe the Bundy victims were trying to send a message.

"I was not scared, I felt supported. I felt as if people were saying, "We are here to listen. We are here to support. Thank you for telling this story, "she said.
Collins told the British morning show "This Morning" that she had met Kloepfer to prepare for her role.
"It was really helpful," Collins said. "And she was so nice, she and her daughter Molly were so nice, and they invited me and gave me something to look at and talk to me, just allowing me to ask questions."
