LOS ANGELES – Actor Vince Vaughn was found guilty of reckless driving after being arrested for failing an impaired driving test last year.
A lawyer for the 49-year-old "Wedding Crashers" star pleaded on Friday in the Los Angeles District Court.
Vaughn was arrested on June 10 at a sober checkpoint in the upscale community of Manhattan Beach.
Police said he had repeatedly refused to get out of his car and had then failed a sobriety field test and an alcohol test.
Vaughn was sentenced to three years of unattended probation and completion of a three-month alcohol program. He was told that while he was driving while intoxicated and that he was killing someone, he could be charged with murder.
