Jenelle Evans The husband now admits what seems obvious after brutalizing and firing the dog from his family – that he has serious anger issues, but is ready to get some help to keep his cool.

Sources close to David Eason let's say the former reality star is looking for a program or therapist for anger management. We are told that he knows that his temperament has become a huge constraint for his marriage.

It's not just about impressing Jenelle. On the heels of killing their French bulldog, Nugget … we are told that Eason really understands that his anger could be a danger to his loved ones.

TMZ broke the story … Eason is under investigation for animal cruelty after tapping, then shooting at Nugget – all after the dog barely bit his 2-year-old daughter.

While the investigation is underway, a police source tells us that Eason could pause if he could prove that he feared that the dog would become aggressive again. In North Carolina, there is a section under the animal cruelty laws that states that an animal owner can kill an animal legally for "the purposes of protecting the public, other animals, property or public health".

As for Eason's anger … he was being demonstrated Friday in a courthouse in Wilmington, North Carolina, when he threatened a journalist trying to ask him questions about the dog's case. Eason was in court to pay child support to an ex-girlfriend. Sources tell us that he had to pledge some personal items at the last minute to get the $ 5,187.

Jenelle has not said much since the announcement of Nugget's death, but said it was quite conceivable to end her marriage with Eason.
