The Rise of Skywalker Publishing Program

To celebrate Star Wars Day, StarWars.com is thrilled to unveil a series of books and comics related to the long-awaited film "Travel to Star Wars: Skywalker's Ascent".

"The Journey to Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is our largest and most daring film matching program yet," Lucasfilm Creative Director Michael Siglain told Starwars.com. "We have exceptionally talented authors, artists and editors who create content for fans of all ages.

"Although these titles include tips and Easter eggs for the new movie, the majority of these titles will feature brand new stories set after the Star Wars: The Last Jedi events. Our books and comics "Journey to" will feature Rey, Finn, Poe, Rose and, of course, Leia, Chewie, droids and the First Order.

"Here you will get a glimpse of the state of the galaxy and some of the ongoing fighting between the Resistance and the First Order.

"As fans prepare for The Rise of Skywalker and the epic conclusion of the Skywalker saga, these stories should not be missed."
