We've seen the OnePlus 7 Pro design run away many times over the last few months and we already know that the next flagship product from OnePlus will be very different from what we've seen in the company's past. We are looking at a whole screen phone without clutter with a selfie pop-up camera, a triple-lens camera at the back and curved display outlines that will make you think of the flagship phones of Samsung. Less than two weeks before the launch of the phone, we now have the official press images of the Pro so we can see exactly what lies ahead … and the result is fantastic.
The same trusted author who published details of previous unplaced OnePlus phones on Twitter, including the OnePlus 7 series, is behind the leak. As you will see in the following series of photos, the OnePlus 7 Pro will have at least two different colors, including nebulous blue and mirror gray:
The renderings offer the same features as previously mentioned, including the all-on-screen display and the triple-lens camera. We do not see the selfie camera in action, but we think it looks like what we saw other Chinese phones with selfie cameras popping up. The pictures also tell us that we should expect a very small camera hump in the back, which is good news.
Just like the Infinity-O screen or screen, you'll get used to the sliding selfie camera design, which allows companies like OnePlus, Oppo, Lenovo to optimize their display / screen ratio. Meanwhile, the entry-level OnePlus 7, which will share many specs with the Pro version, will likely feature a water drop notch just like the OnePlus 6T phones from last year. In addition, a OnePlus 7 Pro 5G model will be launched in select markets where 5G service is available.
OnePlus will launch the new phones on May 14th. Sales should begin soon after the press conference.
