A 3 year old girl born with her legs bent backwards is now walking

Victoria Komada, 3, was born with bilateral tibial hemimelia, a congenital malformation that left her missing bones and toes. Her mother was told that she might have to undergo a double amputation, but she was hoping for a better solution.
