And the winner is …

SPOIL ALERT: This post contains the results of Sunday night's "World of Dance" finale on NBC:

After 12 weeks of intense dance and movement, "World of Dance" was crowned champion of season 3 on Sunday night.

And the winner was …

The Kings!

There were five numbers remaining in the competition before Sunday night's World Finals: Canadian contemporary dancer Briar Nolet (top division), The Kings (top team) of Mumbai, India, sister duo Ellie and Ava (junior division) ), VPeepz (Junior Team), a hip-hop group from the Philippines and Unity LA (Wildcard), a team of 10 people from Southern California.

These acts occurred once again in the finals before Judges Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo and Derek Hough.

With the win, the Kings won the first prize of $ 1 million and the result was not a big surprise. The Bolly-Hop team, made up of 14 members – aged 17 to 27 – has consistently accumulated blockbuster scores as they enter the series with high-performance tricks and incredible stunts.

And Sunday was no different. The Kings, seeking to outdo themselves, took to the stage as gladiators and paved the way with some huge synchronized twists. Eventually, their action-packed routine turned into an epic and cinematic "fight scene" in slow motion, with swords.

This left the judges completely stunned. JLo, Derek and Ne-Yo all gave them a score of 100.

Game over.

For The Kings, winning is not new. They entered the "world of dance" after dominating almost all the competitions that India has to offer, including "India's Got Talent". They were also the first Indian team to win a bronze medal at the 2015 World Hip Hop Dance Championship.
