Walmart Managers Earn an Average $ 175,000 Per Year

For the first time, Walmart reveals what its employees are earning.

In the company's first environmental, social and governance report, the country's largest private employer reveals that store managers earn an average salary of $ 175,000 a year.

They said that more than 75% of them had already worked in the ranks after starting to work as hourly employees.

Nevertheless, Walmart employs one and a half million workers and approximately 4,700 are store managers. That's about 0.3%.

The average starting salary for Walmart hourly employees is $ 14.26, while department managers earn close to $ 25 at the hour.
