Nicholas Immesberger, 24, died Dec. 10 near the community of Port Salerno, about 20 miles from The Woods Jupiter restaurant and bar, when he crashed into a Corvette.
The lawsuit blames Woods, owner of the restaurant where Immesberger was working as a bartender, and Erica Herman, listed in the lawsuit as chief executive of the company and Woods' girlfriend, to be responsible for the death. unjustified.

The lawsuit alleges that employees knew that Immesberger had attended meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous and had had another alcohol-related accident in November.
He also states that Woods and Herman were aware of his illness, but that they were drinking with Immesberger a few nights before the fatal accident. The lawsuit alleges that The Woods employees and management encouraged the employees to drink.
Neither Woods' agent nor a media relations representative responded to CNN's requests for comment.
CNN also asked Herman to comment but did not receive an immediate response.
The wrongful death suit requires an undetermined amount of damages. Immesberger's parents will speak to the media on Tuesday, a public relations firm said.
