Sony's flagship product, the Xperia 1, will be marketed in the US at $ 949 on July 12, the company announced today. The phone was announced for the first time in February, and it has a very large screen OLED 21: 9 4K HDR, which, according to Sony, is a first for a mobile device.

As Sony prepares to launch this year's flagship product, the details of its successor – the Xperia 2 – are already starting to appear.
