Cincinelli works in the 106th district of Queens, serving the areas of Ozone Park, South Ozone Park, Lindenwood, Howard Beach and Old Howard Beach.

Cincinelli was honored as the City's Officer of the Month, according to a tweet published by the 106th constituency on June 1, 2017.

She had been on modified service since 2017 as a result of a previous unrelated domestic incident, said the police chief.

Cincinelli is scheduled to appear Friday afternoon before a federal judge in Central Islip, New York State.
