AURORA – The reality TV star, Chris Soules, has settled with relatives of Kenneth Mosher following the accident that caused the death of Mosher.

According to the probate documents, the settlement paid to Mosher's estate is $ 2.4 million and was approved in January 2019.

He unloaded Chris Soules and his parents, Gary and Linda Soules, and their insurance company, Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Co., from any liability in the collision.

Under the agreement, the family law firm, LaMarca's Des Moines group, will receive 35% of the gross recovery.

Mosher's estate included $ 641,000 in farm equipment and $ 2 million in real estate, including the family home and farmland.

Authorities said Soules was driving a van to the back of a tractor driven by Mosher, 66, outside Aurora on April 24, 2017. Mosher died more late and Soules was accused of leaving the scene of the accident.
