On Saturday, the 34-year-old celebrity attended a party in Glendale, California at Hoover High School with Narbeh, a student who manages Twitter and Instagram accounts dedicated to Kardashian.
The Instagram page, which has 240,000 subscribers, features a range of family images at galas, fashion shows and social gatherings.
One of his latest additions is a photo booth collage of Kardashian and Narbeh, who posed fondly for the camera.
"I took @khloekardashian as my date for the graduation party … so many more photos to come," wrote Narbeh. "I feel on the moon."
The star of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" shared some pictures of her on Twitter, including a Narbeh watch slipping a white bodice on her wrist.
"My very first ball and I went with THE BEST date of all time," wrote Kardashian. "We had so much fun !!! How beautiful is my date ???
