iOS 13 includes many new features, including a dark mode and improved privacy with the option of connecting with Apple. Since the beta version is available for download, more details about the update are available.
Apple has included a redesigned volume indicator with iOS 13. For years, iOS has brought up a large square in the center of your screen when you adjust the volume, which blocks everything you watch momentarily. This changes with iOS 13 with a new volume indicator that slips into the upper left corner of the screen. When in landscape mode, it appears at the top of your screen

The indicator starts a bit wide and looks like the volume indicator in the iOS control center. However, it slows down rather quickly, so as not to interfere as much with the content you are watching.
This is a huge change, and it's quite surprising that it took so long for Apple to improve the user interface of iOS volume indicators. Better late than never.
Another noticeable change with iOS 13 is the cellular download limit for the App Store. Just a few days ago, we announced that Apple had increased the size limit of applications and content that you could download over a cellular connection, from 150 MB to 200 MB. In iOS 13 , a pop-up window warns you that the application you are trying to download is large and that "using data over a mobile network may result in additional charges", but you can then choose to download anyway or to plan. The download starts when you are connected to Wi-Fi.
This is customizable in the iOS settings. When you try to download an application of more than 200 MB, you can choose "Ask first" for what iOS asks what to do for the size of the application downloaded to cell, or "Request more 200 MB ". You also have the option "Always allow", which will allow you to download applications of any size on the mobile without notice
We have found that unlimited data offerings have become commonplace among US carriers in recent years. So it's nice to see Apple allow users to download apps of any size, if you wish. With this new section in the settings, you can choose to completely remove the warnings if you have unlimited data and just want to download what you want, when you want it.
iOS 13 will be launched to the public this fall.
