Southwest Airlines Launches 72-Hour Sale With Rates Below $ 100

Twice a year, Southwest Airlines organizes a three-day sale during which you can get round-trip tickets for around $ 100, depending on your destination.

Well, travelers, it's one of those moments.

The company has launched its 72-hour sale Tuesday morning, which means you only have until Thursday, June 6 to book a ticket.

A one-way ticket starts at $ 49. They go up to about $ 79, $ 99 or $ 129 for longer flights.

The promotion is valid for domestic travel from August 20, 2019 to December 18, 2019.

Dates vary for round trips between San Juan, Puerto Rico and international destinations.

Hawaii is also on the program, tickets for inter-island trips valid from September 3 to November 2, 2019.

Earlier this year, Southwest launched its sale of flights to Hawaii soon after the completion of a test flight, which appeared to spark tariff wars in the friendly sky with other airlines.

Domestic trips are not valid on Fridays and Sundays. Rates also apply only to non-stop flights.
